Customers with support agreements have access to our request handling application.

It is very simple to register a request for assistance. Simply send an e-mail to support[at]tradetechconsulting.com. The request will then be registered and handled appropriately.

The application also offers the possibility to log in and register requests interactively. While logged in, depending on the role of the account used, current and historic requests can be viewed and managed.
