The TradeTech decade... to be continued!

TradeTech Consulting was founded in 1998 and has experienced steady growth. In 2007 and 2008 the company recruited key competence in several areas and prepared to take a major step forward. The result has been clearly visible in the last quarter of 2008, with three consecutive months of all-time high sales records.

 

1998 Company founded under the name of Eurospond. IT consultants focused on trading, brokers and trading related services.
1999 Focus on financial business and processes. Core competence is financial systems and functions. To balance the exposure to financial markets Eurospond Security Solutions is founded to host services to the Swedish Defense with focus on tactical commands within the Swedish Defense.
2001 A new branch, TradeTech Services, is founded. Focus on disaster recovery solutions for the financial industry. Developed in response to request from Reuters, together with Reuters, OM, SunGard Availability Services, Carnegie, SBAB and Enskilda.
2002 Eurospond Security Solutions is incorporateded with Eurospond AB to meet high demands on strategic suppliers to Swedish Defense. Major contracts are signed with the Naval tactical command covering functional sourcing of IT operations. Eurospond changes name to TradeTech Consulting.
2003 Focus on core business: Financial systems and functions.TradeTech starts to focus on Finance KIT clients and recruits Finance KIT competence (Finance KIT is now part of Wall Street Systems). TradeTech adds Front Arena as a strategic segment.
2004 TradeTech begins managing functions and systems with focus on treasury, trading & capital markets, and asset management. TradeTech Services (now serving six major customers) is spun off. Business Area Defense is also spun off now operating under the name of Ström2.
2005 TradeTech signs operations and functional sourcing contracts with major corporate treasuries and finacial institutions.
2007 TradeTech opens the TradeTech Service Desk (now known as Business Support) as a business area. TradeTech builds Business Intelligence competence in response to demand from our customers.
2008   The Board of Directors is strengthened by external, strategic competence. Senior competence in key areas is recruited. Set for growth!
