Account Manager/Senior Consultant

TradeTech is currently looking for account managers who will also work partly as senior consultants. The successful candidate will have experience of working with customers in Banking (Trading and Markets), Finance and Asset management.

This role will gradually shift focus towards account management but we believe that working closely with our customers will provide a better understanding and closer relation, which is essential for successful cooperation with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management
  • Initiate, scope and propose new projects at existing customers
  • Assist with the creation of proposals and RFP responses
  •  Manage customer expectations
  • Provide product and training presentations
  • Ensure that team level targets and objectives are met through active management of team leads and staff
  • Actively work with sales and development to understand and influence business direction based on client needs and operational costs
  • Project Management
  •  Lead and document requirements gathering efforts 
    Identify project milestones and set time lines
  • Manage project coordination and communication
  • Generate work orders and status reports
  • Track and manage resources and budgets

 Qualifications

  • At least three years experience from Sales and Account Management. Ideally from a management consulting firm or financial systems vendor
  • At least five years experience of consulting or managing consultants
  • Experience of managing teams in direct report and matrix reporting situations
  • Graduate degree in finance, business, or a related discipline
  • Comprehensive management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  •  Proven ability to work effectively under stress
  •  Passion for customer service
  •  Proven skills of managing conflicts and adaptability to change
  •  Fluent in Swedish and English

This full-time position will be based in Stockholm, serving customers in Scandinavia and Central Europe.
