TradeTech Consulting strengthens strategic offering - appoints new Exec VP and CSO

TradeTech Consulting are pleased to announce that Tomas Johansson has been appointed new Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Mr. Johansson brings 20 years’ experience of financial business technology, as well as extensive senior management experience.

Mr. Johansson has held several senior positions with major Swedish banks and asset managers. Most recently he was Global Head of IT at SEB Asset Management. Under his leadership, IT at SEB Asset Management was transformed from a traditional IT organization to a business-oriented structure aligned with business functions. Mr. Johansson has also held the role of CIO at Alfred Berg Asset Management. In all his positions Mr. Johansson has been responsible for implementing best-of-breed applications and processes supporting the company’s business operations.

Mr. Johansson has served as a strategic advisor to TradeTech Consulting's board of directors since early 2008. He has also reviewed the packaging and delivery of TradeTech’s BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) offering. Tomas Johansson begins his employment on Nov 1st 2008.
