TradeTech's Business Support passes audit

TradeTech Consulting are pleased to announce that their Business Support function has passed an external incident/problem management audit conducted on November 25th 2008.
The audit was initiated by one of TradeTech’s clients to which TradeTech provides first and second line treasury application support. The audit was designed to meet the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
“We have focused intensely on refining internal processes the past few years”, says Daniel Alenius, Director of Business Support at TradeTech Consulting. “And we continue to improve our IT services with a solid backing of ITIL v3 good practices, which help us take a systematic approach to delivering quality IT services to our clients ” Daniel continues. “I am pleased to see that our hard work has paid off and that we passed the audit. Nevertheless, we will continue to refine our processes and make sure that all clients reap the benefits in 2009 and onwards.”
